Research Activities
With an objective of using our knowledge, expertise, and skills for the benefit of the society, the Research Unit is involved in accumulating and disseminating past and present data for analytical purposes, to understand trends in the Debt and Capital Markets and forecast future trends. This division also keeps a track of new developments in Economical, Social, Political, Legal and Technological areas, which have an impact on the above markets.
Some of the main activities are :
- Collection of wide financial data for the requirements of clients,which is an added advantage in carrying out their own research activities.
- Providing analysis and forecasts of the Sri Lankan economy and financial markets, for the investment and business decisions of our retails, institutional, corporate and government clients.
- Preparation of Weekly & Monthly news letters which highlight the latest financial news as well as other related financial information.
